The Association is managed by the Executive Committee which is comprised of eleven members and is elected or appointed by the Annual General Meeting every two years. All members of the Committee

The offices of the Association are located at the Messinian House which is a building constructed in 1998 with the purpose of providing a meeting place for its members and a venue for social activities and entertainment.
The Association owes its success in all areas, from its events to administration entirely due to the collective work of its volunteers both men and women who have given their time generously supporting the organization without any expectation of reward.
The Association also elects an Audit/Returning Officers committee which is comprised of 5 members who are also volunteers.
This Committee acts as a supervisory body of the governance of the organisation
The Ladies Auxilary Committee was founded on the 14th of May 1983. It aims at supporting the Association's objectives by assisting with the organisation of its social functions and fund raising
